Charles A. Couper

Charles was born in Portsmouth, N.H. on Feb. 19, 1924, a son of the late Ella Mae (Goodwin) Couper and Gavin Couper. He grew up in Portsmouth being mentored by his grandfather, the artist Charles Robert Goodwin.
